You retain ownership of the content (photos, messages, profile info) you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving SpoilDinner.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

Remove content or disable your access to parts or all of the App.

You may terminate your account at any time via the settings within the app.

7. Disclaimers

SpoilDinner is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

Matches or successful connections.

That the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The accuracy or safety of user profiles.

Use caution when communicating with or meeting other users. We are not responsible for any personal interactions or damages that occur offline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpoilDinner, its affiliates, and employees will not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of data, profit, reputation, or other intangible losses.

Any harm resulting from interactions with other users.

9. Child Protection and Exploitation Policy

At SpoilDinner, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. Protecting minors from harm is a top priority, and we are fully committed to upholding international child protection laws, platform standards, and ethical responsibilities.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

Creating an account as a minor (under 18 years of age).

Attempting to contact or engage with users believed to be under 18.

Sharing, uploading, or distributing any content that:

Depicts, threatens, or implies child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Sexualizes minors in any way.

Includes sexually explicit content involving anyone under the age of 18.

Grooming behavior, including attempts to establish inappropriate emotional connections with minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

11. Our Commitments

To prevent and respond to child sexual exploitation on our platform, SpoilDinner implements the following safeguards:

Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 18 during registration. Any account found to be used by a minor will be permanently removed.

Content Moderation: We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove harmful content.

Reporting Tools: Users can report inappropriate messages, behavior, or profiles directly within the app.

Collaboration with Authorities: We cooperate fully with law enforcement and report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing
